Let's Play Safe & Have Fun!

To make sure everyone has a fantastic time, we’ve got a few simple guidelines:

1. Socks are a Must!

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, everyone (kids and adults!) needs to wear socks in the play area. Forgot yours? No worries, we sell them at the front desk.

2. Fuel Up in the Cafe

Food and drinks are best enjoyed in our café area. This helps keep our play zones clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.

3. Grown-Up Supervision

Kids need their grown-ups nearby! Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout their visit and must stay on-site. Our friendly Munchkidz team is here to help, but we’re not responsible for monitoring individual children’s behavior or safety.

4. Clean Hands, Happy Play

Please wash or sanitize your hands before entering the play area. This helps keep the play environment healthy for all our little adventurers.

5. Keep Your Treasures Close

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please keep an eye on your belongings.

6. Age-Appropriate Adventures

For everyone’s safety, please encourage your children to play in the areas designed for their age group.

7. Play it Safe

Please don’t climb on slides, tables, chairs, or anything that’s not meant for climbing. Use the equipment as intended to avoid any bumps or bruises.

8. Share the Fun

Let’s be respectful of others and take turns. Sharing makes the play experience more enjoyable for everyone!

9. Zero Tolerance for Bullying

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or harassment. Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund. Let’s keep Munchkidz a friendly and welcoming place for everyone!
